It was while cycling through the streets of Brussels at the end of 2015 that Alexis Zerbib had the idea to create Cyclofix: an ultra simple on-demand bike repair service. The goal: to allow urban cyclists to have their bikes fixed without leaving their couch or office.
All you have to do is make an appointment with a repairer in a few seconds, via their mobile application or their website, to have your bike fixed at the address of your choice. More than 350,000 bicycles, electric scooters and bicycles on wheels have already been repaired by Cyclofix in France.
