On September 10th, the EUSP’s Demo Day powered by Via ID was held, highlighting the 10 winning startups in front of an audience of international investors.

In the framework of the European Startup Prize for Mobility, co-founded by Via ID, BCG and the European Parliament, 10 European mobility startups were selected from more than 550 applications. To learn more about these startups, you can read this article decrypting important information about the mobility ecosystem in Europe.

The aim of this Demo Day is to put the 10 winning startups in the spotlight in front of more than 200 investors and corporates.

Karima Delli (Member of the European Parliament), as well as Sophie Bailly (Head of Partnerships at Via ID) and Maureen Le Baud (Partner – Investment Manager at Via ID) were gathered to discuss during a 20-minute round table moderated by Cristian Santibanez, to talk about mobility in Europe and its issues, especially in a post-covid context. Following this exchange, the startups each had 3 minutes to present their product/service, followed by one minute to answer a question asked by Maureen Le Baud, offering a real investment dimension to this event.

Thanks to this Demo Day, the startups had the opportunity to present their solution, and to be noticed by potential investments.
