Accelerated by Via ID since 2017, Cyclofix is THE startup that takes care of your bike or scooter. Wherever you are, and whenever you want.
Founded in 2015 by Alexis Zerbib, Cyclofix – which raised 5 M € last september – offers an on-demand repair service : in brief, the client doesn’t even need to move.
Where? At La Défense Grande Arche.
What? It is in two renovated and converted maritime containers that Cyclofix welcomes its clients (from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM).
Indeed, after the Bike to Work campaign, Paris La Défense chose the startup to extend the number of services available for riders around La Défense.
While bikes and scooters were only allowed at La Défense in 2015, actions and developments to support micro mobility are now growing. Especially since Covid-19 and the first unlockdown.
Since January 2021, you can now fix your bike, and your scooter (electric as well), behind La Défense Grande Arche. These repairs are even eligible at the Coup de Pouce vélo financial aid – developed by the Ministry of Ecological and Inclusive Transition, to promote the use of bikes in France – which supports up to 50€ ex-tax.
How? All you have to do is take an appointment at the workshop or online, drop your device and get it back later in the day.
Whatsmore, Cyclofix’s recent partnership with Décathlon is timely as repair demand is rising and the company happens to have an 5600 m2 store at the center of La Défense, at the CNIT precisely.
The workshop is also a vehicle of exchange. We can assist to: workshops about soft mobility, and even to demos in partnership with Cyclofix’s brand portfolio.
