The French Mobility initiative was launched by Elisabeth Borne, Minister for Transport, last January following the National Conference on Mobility. This initiative aims to support the experimentation, development and diffusion in the territories of all the innovations at the service of daily mobility. The ADEME (French Agency for the Environment and Energy Management) has launched, following this, a Call for Projects of Interest (AMI): “French Mobility – territories of experimentation of new sustainable mobilities ” to allow the experimentation and deployment in the territories of new mobility solutions, more solidarity, safe, clean, connected and intermodal.
On Thursday, September 27, 2018, Ademe and the Ministry of Transport announced that it had selected 26 territories as part of the call for expression of interest (AMI), available here, to answer one of these issues:

This device is intended for initiators, bearers and experimenters (natural or legal persons) of an innovative project whose development is slowed down or hindered by certain regulatory provisions but also sometimes legislative.
It also offers the opportunity for stakeholders to express their needs for adapting administrative procedures to a single point of contact, the “French Mobility Facilitator”.
Deadline for submission of applications: 14 December 2018
This approach aims at financing projects of development and experimentation of services’ mobility carried by companies (operators of supply of transport, companies of the IT sector) and / or territories.
These experiments must contribute to improving the route of the passengers whatever the modes used, and relate to one or more of the following fields:
