On June 16th 2022, we had the opportunity to attend the Open Innovation Day #2, with EDF Pulse Ventures and RATP Capital Innovation.
The concept? Corporate innovators sharing their experiences and insights, by answering a unique question, hence helping to benchmark good practices.
The second edition of this event series was about “Operating a CVC in support of the group’s strategy”. The first question was about the synergies identification phase in an investment opportunity, the second was about whether a startup investment is made to strenghten or to diversify the core business.
