the deployment of Low emission zones in France

On Tuesday, March 28, the Mobility Club will gather its members for an exclusive event dedicated to the constraints and opportunities linked to the deployment of Low Emission Zones in France.

Low emission zones  (LEZs) will have a lasting impact on the mobility landscape. However, 56% of French people do not know what LEZs are. This regulation intends to have a positive impact on the environment, but according to some observers, it could be a real social bomb, excluding people and companies who do not have the means to switch to soft mobility. At the same time, LEZs have the potential to boost the transition to electric mobility more quickly, which includes new challenges, but also new opportunities, for mobility actors.

What is the goal of this event?

This event will allow participants to develop a good understanding of LEZs (speed of deployment, population impacted, companies affected, mobility alternatives, consequences on the automotive and mobility industry…), but also to identify the solutions to come thanks to the implementation of these regulations.
